What does your job role entail?
My job entails managing customer accounts and converting direct sales. I take incoming calls, emails and deal with sales enquiries. I also have a business development element to my role.
What makes you passionate about your job?
Successfully completing orders from start to finish and seeing happy, grateful customers and learning about all the existing and new products keeps the job interesting!
Why did you choose to work at Harrison’s?
The progression opportunities and company reputation. After my interview, I had a great feel for the company and I knew I would get along well with my colleagues.
What makes Harrison’s different to other companies?
I love that Harrison’s is a family run business, they genuinely care about their staff and delivering the best possible service to every customer. They push you to develop and grow within the business.
What does a typical day look like for you?
There isn’t really a typical day, every day is different at Harrison’s but you will always see me processing orders, managing clients expectations and answering the phone at some point during the day.
If you could try another profession, what would it be?
I would love to try being a Criminal Psychologist.
Favourite hobbies / interests out of work?
Walking and spending time with my gorgeous dog Bella and spending time with my family and boyfriend.

Bubbly, funny and horrendous at Geography!
