Constructionline has been connecting buyers and suppliers in the construction industry for 20 years. They prequalify suppliers so that buyers can simplify and speed up their search, validation and purchasing decision processes considerably. This improves resource and cost efficiency.
All Constructionline members must achieve the Common Assessment Standard. This is a standardised set of questions crafted from existing systems (like PAS 91, which was developed by the British Standards Institute and commissioned by Government, and is a recommended common minimum standard for construction procurement) and from expert input from clients, suppliers and trade organisations.
To achieve Constructionline Gold Membership, applicants must complete and extended verified pre-qualification questionnaire. This goes beyond PAS 91 and its health and safety standards must meet the criteria of Constructionline’s Safety Systems in Procurement (SSIP) scheme. On top of that each company’s credentials for environmental management, quality management, equal opportunities, modern slavery act adherence and anti-bribery and corruption policies are assessed.
Paul Howson, Harrison’s Project Manager & Quality Engineer commented:
“We are delighted to have secured the highly regarded Constructionline Gold Membership. Having our credentials acknowledged by an independent body demonstrates our high level or corporate responsibility, safety policies and staff welfare.”
Harrison’s have also secured Acclaim Accreditation which is an independent assessment of our company’s health and safety documentation and work activities.
