Install of extra heavy duty fibreglass flagpole and double-sided flag

Design, manufacture and installation of a 10m extra heavy duty fibreglass flagpole with internal halyard on a bespoke concrete foundation and custom handsewn double sided flag.

The flagpole was commissioned as a surprise retirement gift to Hitchin Town Centre Manager Keith Hoskins MBE. It would be situated on a flower bed in the centre of the Market Place so needed a custom foundation and secure roping system to prevent vandals from tampering with the flag.

The flagpole needed to be installed by our team before the unveiling ceremony.

We advised the client that a 10 metre extra heavy duty glassfibre flagpole with an internal roping system would give them the impressive centerpiece they wanted, whilst being low maintenance and vandal resistant.

We worked with the client to design a custom concrete foundation that ensured the pole was based 50m above the ground to suit the flowerbed. Our skilled team installed the flagpole ready for the grand event.

The custom flag was handsewn to give the extra touch of prestige the unveiling event deserved.
