16 stainless steel flagpoles

Complex design and difficult access for installation, we had to supply 16 low maintenance custom designed ornate flagpoles to hold large draped Union Flags in front of Buckingham Palace and the Victoria Monument.

To design, manufacture and install a complex series of stainless steel flagpoles with a set of offset angled arms with ornate fixings and coronets. Used for state occasions and located in front of Buckingham Palace, these poles needed to be both majestic and long lasting.

Harrison Flagpoles worked closely with the end client to design and deliver a low maintenance robust mast with ornate fixings and wiring. Great care was taken in the production of the masts and consideration for their installation. Manufactured from stainless steel and carefully painted to a high gloss durable finish, the poles were craned into position with the ground fixings carefully concealed under a specially designed ground collar. All ornate fixings were either cast or carefully formed and welded to a tight design brief.

This impressive project provided Harrison’s with an opportunity to demonstrate our in depth knowledge and capabilities in this extremely high profile project.
