What does your job role entail?:

My job entails looking after and managing customer accounts. I take incoming calls, emails and deal with all enquiries.

What makes you passionate about your job?:

I love that every day is different. I get to speak to lots of new people on a daily basis and provide them with the best customer service, to make their flags and flagpole dreams come true.

Why did you choose to work at Harrison's?:

Harrison’s has got an excellent reputation for quality and customer service so I knew they would be a brilliant company to work for.

What makes Harrison's different to other companies?:

Our products are of the highest quality and we go above and beyond for our customers.

What does a typical day look like for you?:

There is no typical day at Harrison’s, every day is different and that’s what makes the job so enjoyable.

If you could try another profession what would it be?:

I always wanted to be a nurse; selling flagpoles by day, saving lives by night.

Favourite hobbies/interests out of work?:

I love having days out with my family; that’s when I’m not spending my time chasing after my runaway dog.

What would your peers/colleagues say about you?:

They would probably comment on my driving but I don’t know why.
