What does your job role entail?
Ensuring the QMS is kept inline with ISO9001:2015 standard. Standardise processes via improvement suggestions. Ensure goods in & goods out products are manufactured to a high standard and monitor supplier & production performance.
What makes you passionate about your job?
Being given new challenges & using my experience to find a solution that benefits the business.
Why did you choose to work at Harrison’s?
I feel working with a small team makes relationships much stronger, opposed to large corporations. Working with composites is a new experience for myself & will be an excellent addition to my skillset.
What makes Harrison’s different to other companies?
Being in business for over fifty years is a huge achievement, for any business let along a small family run one.
What does a typical day look like for you?
In all honesty, no two days are the same in my role at Harrisons. But that’s a good thing for me as the variation keeps me motivated.
If you could try another profession, what would it be?
Global theme park tester.
Favourite hobbies / interests out of work?
Cycling & mountain biking with my grandchildren. Building forged performance engines.
