During this current global Coronavirus health crisis, we would like to reassure you that we are doing everything needed to mitigate risk to you, our customers and our employees. Our primary message is that we are open for business and have plans in place to ensure minimal disruption to our operations.

UK manufacturing

We have seen Coronavirus (COVID-19) impact global manufacturing, supply and demand. Thankfully, the impact of the crisis on us is minimal. As a UK manufacturer we have been less affected by the limited movement of goods globally. Our glass fibre flagpoles and many of our flags and feather flags are manufactured in our County Durham factory and we hold sufficient stocks of raw materials, hardware and accessories to meet continued demand. Therefore, rest assured we can meet any orders within our standard lead times.

Caring for our people and our customers

We will continue to follow Government Guidelines for our employee’s protection and have implemented a shift system in our factory and warehouse to minimise employee contact and potential spread of the virus. We are offering support and guidance to our employees and have also implemented a health screening process. For Harrisons, the health and safety of our customers and staff is paramount.

If you have any concerns or questions about your current or future orders, please contact us on 01325 355433.

Best regards,

Harrison Customer Care Team
