Details
The white tapered fibreglass pole comes in 2 sizes depending upon your requirements. The pole is easily installed using a hinge base plate so it can be lowered for cleaning and maintenance. The swivel arm attaches to the top of the pole to house the windsock.
All windsocks are manufactured to meet ICAO requirements for size, material and colour. Each windsock is handmade from polyurethane coated 195gsm knitted polyester in our UK factory. Compliant with BS EN ISO 105-B02:2013 in terms of its colour fastness to light, this material is highly resistant to fading in exposed, sun drenched areas. The heavy-duty windsock comes complete with plastic hoop, halyard, anti fray to the tail and a swivel clip.
Our standard sizes are:
- 4′ sock – 1.21m long x 381 diameter mouth x 203 diameter tail
- 5’ sock – 1.52m long x 381mm diameter mouth x 203mm diameter tail
- 7’ sock – 2.13m long x 609mm diameter mouth x 304mm diameter tail
The swivel arm attachment can be purchased separately and will fit onto any 60mm pole.
